Asian Halibut Saute

Preparation Time: 15 Mintues

1- 1/2 pounds halibut or cod
2 cups all purpose flour
1 large egg, slightly beaten
4 Tablespoons Pacific Farms Asian Vinaigrette Dressing
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt

Dip halibut pieces in seasoned flour, egg wash and seasoned flour again. Saute over medium heat until golden. Drizzle with Pacific Farms Asian Vinaigrette dressing upon serving.
