Wasabi Oriental Marinade
Servings: 6
Serving size: 4 ounces
6 pieces (3-1/2 oz.) boneless, skinless chicken breast
-or-
1 pound lean sirloin steak
3/4 cup Pacific Farms Oriental Dressing
In non-aluminum baking dish, pour 1/2 cup dressing over chicken or steak.
Cover and marinade in refrigerator up to 3 hours for chicken or 3 to 4 hours for steak.
Remove chicken or steak, discarding marinade used for chicken or steak.
Grill or broil chicken or steak, turning once and brushing with remaining 1/4 cup dressing, until chicken is no longer pink or steak is done.
Serve with additional Pacific Farms Wasabi Oriental Dressing.
